For those who can use an adjustable rate mortgage, the best mortgage rates in Georgia are at Bank of America with a 4.01% APR and 1.75 points with $1,400 in fixed fees. SunTrust Bank offers a 4.081% APR with 0.125 points and fees based on those points, which may be a lower-cost deal overall.
