Continuing our look for the best home mortgage rates, we here at Peak Personal Finance are now going to find the best home loans in Minnesota.
As usual, we will assume a credit score of at least 700 or better, up to 20% in down payment or equity, cash on hand to cover any fees and costs, and a loan on par with local property averages and norms. We will rank by interest rate, but show the annual percentage rate (APR) as well. Your situation may vary, but these will provide a good guideline for you to get started from. Be sure to consult with a financial adviser and mortgage broker before you commit.
