The Money Store offers a 5.0% interest (5.075% APR) with no points and $1,395 in fixed fees with a 30-day lock in.

15 Year Fixed Best Home Mortgage Rates in New Mexico
For this term, AimLoan has a 4.25% interest (4.539% APR) offer with 0.709 points and $1,995 in fixed fees for thirty days of lock in. The rate goes up to 4.375% (4.557% APR) to reduce the points to zero.

Gold Star Financial has a 4.375% interest (4.630% APR) offer with one point and $1,135 in fees on a 30-day lock in. To reduce those points to zero ups the rate to 4.625% (4.729% APR).

The Money Store has a 4.5% (4.572% APR) offer with no points, $795 in fees, and a 30-day lock in period.
