While many people are familiar with the Quicken line of software products, you may not be aware that Quicken offers many different financing products, including home mortgages and home refinance loans.  While recently surveying the best mortgage rates and best home refinance rates, Peak Personal Finance came across some Quicken Loans with interesting rates.  Here are a couple of examples:

We found a Quicken Loans 30 Year Fixed Mortgage in our area with an interest rate of 5.375%, tranlating to an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 5.482%.  This is a zero points mortgage, but some fees do apply.

We also found a Quicken Loans 30 Year Fixed Mortgage Refinance Loan in our area with the same 5.375% interest rates, and APR of 5.482%.  Again, this is a zero points loan, but fees do apply.
