The U.S. Bank 5.25% interest with a 5.332% APR with no points and a $1,500 fixed fee may be more appealing and this one has a 60-day lock in period.

For this shorter loan term, Quicken Loans offers a 4.25% (4.701% APR) with 2 points, $1,600 in fixed fees and a 45-day lock in. Removing the points raises that to 4.625% (4.908% APR).

Stonegate Mortgage has a 4.625% interest (4.694% APR) offer with no points and a lower $759 fee with a 30-day lock in period.
