		<description>Thanks for your comment Alex.  Yes, I do believe it is best for most people to both have insurance and have an LLC or corporation.  I also recently added another comment on Mark&#039;s blog that expounded a bit on some convenience features -- in addition to the decreased liability exposure -- that having an LLC in place can provide.
